We ship globally to almost every country - At check out if you do not find your country in the address section, it is bad luck and do trust we are working hard on it. We do deliver to PO.Box, APO and FPO in eligible countries.

Being nested in Europe, European orders are usually faster than International orders. We have a dynamic shipping prices according to every country and weight in order to give you the best rate, the golden eggs are not created from hidden shipping margins, therefore you will see the shipping cost at check out if you do not qualify for free shipping. Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours and should arrive within 20 business days. Note that while these estimated times reflect the vast majority of shipments, due to uncontrollable local customs clearance processes, inspections, and specific circumstances these estimated times could take significantly longer. The goose have a natural GPS and as part of the same community it is fair that you can follow your package, your shipping confirmation will include tracking information, however technology being not always as fast as nature please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number. Please note, orders over some value may require a signature confirmation at delivery.

Oh No!!! We have made a boo-boo! If unfortunately you have received damaged products, please email us at happy@ambigoose.com within 5 days of delivery with order details and picture of the damages and the goose will take care of it.

We cannot even imagine that you are not fully satisfied… But if you feel the need to return your product, we will accept return within 10 days of delivery for purchase on ambigoose.com The products will have to be unused and unopened, the shipping process and cost will be at your charge and responsibility. Other than that the process is simple you need to notify us at happy@ambigoose.com, we will email you a return number and you may ship a copy of the original invoice, product and return number to the address we will specify. We will proceed the refund of concerned products through your original method of payment within 45 days, excluding original shipping fees. Ambigoose reserves the right to deny the approval of refund on any product they feel has been used.

Unfortunately at this stage we do not offer any retail service or any other way than our website for our products. That is the reason why we are shipping almost everywhere. If you would like to amend your address, change your order or simply cancel your order please email us immediately at happy@ambigoose.com, we can proceed to changes and cancelation only before the package has been shipped out. If unfortunately it is too late, because we are fast at shipping..., and the package is on the way, It will not be possible to make any changes or cancellation, before it is returned back to us in its original condition, following our return policies.

All of our products can be used for 12 months after opening. When they remain sealed, they maintain a 3 year lifespan. 
All beauty products have a "period-after-opening" date printed on the packaging. This information is a guideline to get the most out of your products and use them at their peak efficacy. On your Ambigoose products, you will see a little open can icon with a number inside. This refers to the number of months in which we recommend using the product.

Our products have been formulated and tested to resist temperature variation and our packaging protect the content from air, light, humidity and contamination.
However prolonged exposure to stressor may adversely impact any formulation. 

All Ambigoose products are free from any artificial color, which may impact the color from one product to the next, this will not impact the integrity of the product.

No joke here, it is a serious topic. We love animals and cannot imagine any torture made to them and of course we would never test on animals, therefore our product are made in Europe where it is forbidden by law!

The goose lives in the present and could not consider offering a range impacted by low potency ingredients, potential irritant and allergen coming from only natural ingredients. We therefore promote and offer a range of product with ingredient derived from plants and synthetic ingredients with the most effectiveness and safety for your body and skin.

All our products are made for all skin types and should cater for all needs. We formulate without any irritants or common allergens. However if you have skin condition important enough to seek medical attention we recommend you to check with your family doctor. Also as our formulas are potent it is important to always practice a patch test.
